why taxis and walnuts? after being out late one night, sitting in the cube the next day, in airplane mode, it dawned on me... my past times and my never-ending present: growing up in a walnut orchard and growing old in taxis. that's it. do you like walnuts? mention it in your email to me. If you need a cab in san francisco, good luck, better of in manhattan. a tip if you lose your wallet in the pub and need a lift from the ol' yeller: metro passes, smokes, and a quote from the wise for longevity. music and film recommendations also make good exchanges, depending on the driver.

how does any of this relate to art direction? taxis are the transporters of ideas. yellow like a light in its bulb. rapid and rash- the process of breaking boundaries. immediate and direct- the goal of communication. walnuts are the big nuts, the brains, brain food, fuel, fatta the land, bloodflow, the passenger, a drunkard, the lost, a seeker, an escapee. once cracked, the driver speeds up and suddenly the price of your fare is the sum of your tab from the pub multiplied by the number of pubbing comrades. thanks for coming by.
