The Project

The Kanner Group is a boutique Keller Williams real estate outlet in Los Angeles. Having branched off and expanded in recent years, the team was looking to up their image by updating their colors, logo and overall presentation materials. As their identity continues to evolve, I provided a standard guide for their team - utilizing their preferred color palette and logo to design communication materials from business cards and letterhead to flyers and mailers. Our principle collaboration was between their property decks and proposals, wherein, we created sets of interchangeable slides, designed to meet the needs of varying property interests.
